About The Position
Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Store Manager for its Levi’s store at Tanger Outlets Gonzales. Reporting to the District Manager, the Store Manager models and coaches the team to deliver an excellent consumer experience across customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations. The role calls for a consumer-centric, open-minded, proactive leader who supports Levi Strauss & Co.’s values and brand heritage while keeping customers engaged. The Store Manager leads sales performance and profitability, builds and develops a strong team, oversees store operations and visual merchandising, and ensures an engaging shopping experience. The role requires three or more years of store management experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Compensation ranges from $56,300 to $93,800 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of store management experience.
- Passion for Levi Strauss & Co. and the retail industry.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead and motivate others.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and frequently move around, kneel, carry items, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
Responsibilities
- Model and coach the team to provide an excellent consumer experience.
- Develop strategies to meet sales targets and maximize profits.
- Recruit, train, empower, develop, and motivate the team.
- Manage inventory, payroll, employee relations, store operations, and visual merchandising.
- Ensure a positive and engaging shopping experience for all consumers.
- Lead by example and make decisions in support of the company’s values.
