About The Position
The Assistant Manager is an integral member of the store management team, helping develop the store team and implement strategies and operational practices that support brand equity, customer satisfaction, and financial growth. The role assumes responsibility for the store when the Store Manager and/or Associate Store Manager is absent. The Assistant Manager supports the leadership team by growing sales, coaching and motivating team members, overseeing daily operations, and providing outstanding customer service. The position is full-time at the Levi’s Tanger Outlet store in Locust Grove, Georgia, with compensation ranging from $20.05 to $33.40 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of retail leadership experience.
- Proven coaching and training skills.
- Discretion, professional judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
- Ability to collaborate and serve as a role model exhibiting behaviors aligned with company culture.
- Ability to handle lifting up to 40 pounds and to move constantly, kneel, carry items, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
Responsibilities
- Help develop the store team and implement store strategies and operational practices.
- Assume responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager and/or Associate Store Manager.
- Implement strategies to grow sales and analyze data to drive revenue growth.
- Mentor and motivate team members by providing guidance and leading by example.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and uphold high standards.
- Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming shopping environment.
- Follow store management directives and comply with Levi’s Stores policies, procedures, and programs.
