About The Position

Sales Associates are responsible for implementing functions and procedures related to customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations at a Levi’s® Outlet Store. They provide product knowledge and exceptional service while meeting sales goals, supporting merchandise replenishment and inventory tasks, and helping maintain store presentation and security.

Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including evening and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform constant standing, walking, squatting, and bending.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate understanding of Levi Strauss & Company’s history and heritage.
• Demonstrate excellent product knowledge.
• Provide exceptional customer service using The 3C’s of Success: Connect, Consult & Close.
• Meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals daily.
• Follow Levi’s® Stores cash-handling guidelines.
• Follow store security, safety, and loss-prevention programs.
• Assist stock associates with merchandise replenishment and security tagging on the selling floor as needed.
• Assist with pricing merchandise as needed.
• Assist with physical inventory and cycle counts.
• Help maintain store appearance according to visual presentation standards and housekeeping procedures.
