About The Position

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Store Manager for its Levi’s store in Santa Anita. Reporting to the District Manager, the Store Manager is consumer-centric, proactive, and responsible for modeling and coaching an excellent consumer experience across customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations. The role leads the store team, delivers financial results, and upholds the company’s values of originality, integrity, empathy, courage, and performance.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of store management experience.
• Passion for Levi Strauss & Co. and the retail industry.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead and motivate others.
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and frequently move around, kneel, carry items, reach overhead, and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies to meet targets and maximize profits.
• Recruit, train, empower, develop, and motivate the store team.
• Manage inventory, payroll, employee relations, store operations, and visual merchandising.
• Ensure a positive and engaging shopping experience for all consumers.
• Model and coach excellent customer service and store practices.
• Lead by example and help create an inclusive, safe, and inspiring environment.
