About The Position

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part-time Store Supervisor for its outlet store in Aurora, Ohio. The Supervisor supports Store Management in implementing strategies and operational excellence to build brand equity, customer satisfaction, and financial growth. The role also performs Stylist duties and assumes responsibility for the store when a manager is absent, following instructions and established guidelines.

The Supervisor helps drive profitable sales, maintain operational standards, train and develop staff, and deliver an effective customer experience. The position also supports inventory management, loss prevention, visual merchandising, housekeeping, and RFID-enabled inventory processes. A flexible schedule is required to meet business needs, including evening and weekend shifts.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evening and weekend shifts.
• Demonstrates leadership through change, provides clear direction, and coaches for improvement.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable sales by meeting or exceeding established sales and performance goals.
• Model customer-service behaviors and train associates to meet customer-service and sales KPI goals.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and train others to develop product expertise.
• Manage controllable expenses and follow loss-prevention programs.
• Assist with floor changes, sales, and promotional events.
• Participate in training new hires on company culture, product knowledge, selling practices, and associate responsibilities.
• Identify staff development opportunities and partner with management to address them.
• Support a positive work environment and inform management of employee-relations issues.
• Supervise the store team when another member of management is absent.
• Perform operational procedures and ensure store tasks are completed effectively and on time.
• Support inventory management, receiving and sending merchandise, required paperwork, price changes, and ticketing procedures.
• Participate in physical inventory preparation and counts.
• Follow loss-prevention policies and procedures and provide related training as needed.
• Execute visual merchandising and housekeeping standards and recommend visual direction based on store layout and needs.
• Maintain appropriate product levels on the sales floor through replenishment.
• Lead the merchandising team in completing productivity goals and RFID-enabled inventory-management processes using company tools and resources.
• Coach and hold the merchandising team accountable for RFID inventory best practices and productivity.
• Create an engaging store experience by interacting with customers and modeling customer-service behaviors.
• Model and reinforce the LS&CO sales standards of “Connect, Consult and Close.”
• Train associates on product knowledge to help them serve customer needs.
• Assume responsibility for the store in the absence of a manager.
