About The Position

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part-time Sales Supervisor for its Levi’s store at Chesterfield Premium Outlet in Chesterfield, Missouri. Supervisors are integral members of the store management team, supporting the successful implementation of strategies and operational excellence to strengthen brand equity, customer satisfaction, and financial growth. The role calls for someone who values originality, integrity, empathy, courage, and performance, and who can lead by example while supporting the store team.

Requirements

• Able to support, assist, and coach store associates in performing their work effectively.
• Able to comply with Levi’s Stores policies, procedures, and programs and follow store management directives.
• Consistently meets or exceeds established store and individual sales and performance goals.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and frequently move around, kneel, carry items, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to drive revenue growth.
• Coach, mentor, guide, and support store associates and team members.
• Manage daily store operations to promote efficiency and maintain high standards.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and foster a welcoming shopping environment.
• Support store management and follow its directives.
• Comply with Levi’s Stores policies, procedures, and programs.
• Meet or exceed established store and individual sales and performance goals.
