About The Position

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Store Manager for its Levi’s store in Santa Anita. Reporting to the District Manager, the Store Manager is consumer-centric, open-minded, proactive, and focused on delivering an outstanding customer experience. The role models and coaches team members across customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations.

The Store Manager leads the team to grow sales and maximize profits, recruit and develop employees, manage inventory, payroll, employee relations, store operations, and visual merchandising, and ensure a positive, engaging shopping experience. The position calls for a leader who values originality, integrity, empathy, courage, and performance, and who can thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

This is a full-time position in Arcadia, California. Compensation ranges from $64,700 to $107,900 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. The role includes physical activity such as lifting up to 40 pounds, moving around, kneeling, carrying items, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of store management experience.
• Passion for Levi Strauss & Co. and the retail industry.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and lead and motivate others.
• Attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform frequent movement, kneeling, carrying, overhead reaching, and ladder climbing.

Responsibilities

• Model and coach the team to provide an excellent consumer experience across customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations.
• Develop strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profits.
• Recruit, train, empower, develop, and motivate the team.
• Manage inventory, payroll, employee relations, store operations, and visual merchandising.
• Ensure a positive and engaging shopping experience for all customers.
• Lead by example and make decisions in accordance with company values.
