About The Position

Our Sales Associates promote the company’s culture, values, and mission. The Seasonal Sales Associate shares their enthusiasm for fashion and works to create an excellent shopping experience for customers. The role involves providing engaging customer service, helping customers find products that suit their needs and personal style, supporting sales goals, and contributing to a clean and welcoming store. Requirements

• Flexible availability to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to bend, lift, open, and move products and fixtures weighing up to 50 lbs., as needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage and connect with customers to create an excellent shopping experience.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals by executing the selling strategy.
• Share product knowledge with customers to maximize sales.
• Use company tools to build customer relationships and brand loyalty.
• Offer fashion advice that reflects customers’ personal styles.
• Use product knowledge to help customers meet their needs.
• Assist with daily opening and closing tasks and maintain a clean, neat, and tidy store.
• Complete assigned tasks such as floor sets, filling the sales floor, and ringing up customers.
• Work positively and professionally with the team to create a great environment for customers and coworkers.
