About The Position

Seasonal Sales Associates promote the company’s culture, values, and mission by sharing their enthusiasm for fashion and creating an excellent shopping experience. They engage customers, provide thoughtful service and fashion advice, and use product knowledge to support customers’ needs and sales. Associates also help maintain the store and contribute to a positive, inclusive team environment.

Requirements

• Flexible availability to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to bend, lift, open, and move products and fixtures weighing up to 50 pounds, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage and connect with customers to create an excellent shopping experience.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals by following the selling strategy.
• Share product knowledge with customers to maximize sales.
• Build customer relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
• Offer fashion advice that reflects customers’ personal styles.
• Use product knowledge to inspire customers and address their needs.
• Assist with daily opening and closing tasks and keep the store clean, neat, and tidy.
• Complete assigned tasks such as floor sets, replenishing the sales floor, and ringing up customers.
• Work positively and professionally with the team to create a great environment for customers and coworkers.
• Model the company’s values of respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability, and inclusivity.
