About The Position

Kay Jewelers Outlet is hiring Sales Associates / Jewelry Consultants to provide a superior experience to customers and help them celebrate life and express love. Team members engage customers to understand their needs and desires, present merchandise and explain product features and benefits, and provide information about extended service plans and financing options. They are responsible for meeting individual and team sales goals. The role is available on a seasonal, part-time, and full-time basis.

Requirements

• Desire to help customers celebrate the special moments in their lives.
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.
