About The Position

Kay Jewelers Outlet is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members to provide valued customers with a superior experience. Sales Associates engage customers to understand their needs and desires, present merchandise and explain product features and benefits, provide information about extended service plans and financing options, and work toward individual and team sales goals. The role suits people who enjoy helping customers celebrate meaningful moments and who bring a positive, customer-focused approach, strong communication and relationship skills, and relevant customer service, sales, retail, or jewelry experience. Flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is needed.
