About The Position

Kay Jewelers Outlet is hiring Sales Associates / Jewelry Consultants to provide a superior experience to customers and help them celebrate life and express love. Team members engage customers to understand their needs, present merchandise and explain product features and benefits, provide information about extended service plans and financing, and work toward individual and team sales goals. The role suits people who value customer relationships and take a positive, customer-focused approach. Seasonal, part-time, and full-time positions are available.

Requirements

Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
Flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Strong communication and relational skills.
A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.

Responsibilities
