About The Position

Kay Jewelers Outlet is hiring team members to provide customers with a superior experience and help them celebrate life and express love. As part of the Sales Team, the Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant learns about customers’ needs and desires, presents merchandise and explains product features and benefits, shares information about extended service plans and financing options, and works toward individual and team sales goals. The role calls for a positive, customer-focused approach and flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
