About The Position

Kay Jewelers is hiring Sales Associates / Jewelry Consultants to join its sales team. The role is responsible for providing a superior experience to customers and helping them celebrate life and express love. Associates engage customers to understand their needs, present merchandise and explain product features and benefits, provide information about extended service plans and financing options, and meet individual and team sales goals. Kay Jewelers offers seasonal, part-time, and full-time opportunities.

Requirements

• A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.
