About The Position

As a coffeehouse leader, the Store Manager leads a team to create meaningful moments of connection and joy in a warm, welcoming community space. Requirements

At least 3 years of retail or customer service management experience, or 4 or more years of U.S. military service.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Entrepreneurial mentality and experience in a sales-focused environment.
Strong leadership skills and professional maturity when coaching and mentoring team partners.
High school diploma or GED at minimum.
Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work legally in the country of application.
Ability to work full time, with work regularly exceeding 40 hours per week, and to work variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
