About The Position

Sally Beauty is seeking a passionate, talented Store Manager to lead a team-oriented and dynamic retail environment. The Store Manager manages talent, inspires the team, and coaches associates to deliver a great customer experience and personalized solutions for customers’ hair and beauty needs. The role oversees store operations to meet or exceed sales goals, maintain the assigned budget, control expenses, grow sales, and manage inventory. The Store Manager also ensures staff follow safety, security, and company policies to protect customers, associates, and store assets, and keeps the store looking its best.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience.
• At least 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for hair and beauty.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• The position involves long periods of standing and walking; recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities; and recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes.
• The position involves working around moving parts, carts, or machines, and may occasionally include exposure to irritant chemicals, fumes, and odors.

Nice To Haves

• Cosmetology license is a plus but is not required.
