About The Position
The Store Manager leads the customer and associate experiences in the store and drives a profitable business through a focus on customer experience, operational performance, visual standards, and community engagement. The role coaches the team to reach its potential and fosters a welcoming experience for customers and associates. The Store Manager builds and develops the store team, promotes genuine customer connections, and uses technology to support a seamless omnichannel shopping experience. The role oversees store operations, profitability, budgeting, payroll, and retail planning, while supporting in-store community events and philanthropic partnerships.

- Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing.
