About The Position
Atlantic Coast Enterprises is hiring a full-time Store Manager for a Jiffy Lube location in Lakeland, Florida. The Store Manager leads the team and oversees daily business operations while delivering fast, friendly, clean, and professional service. The role includes hiring and training team members, coaching and holding staff accountable, fostering employee development, promoting customer satisfaction and profitability, and planning and tracking budget forecasts. The Store Manager also contributes to the growth and improvement of the automotive business and builds effective relationships with employees and customers.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Relevant sales and customer service experience.
- Self-motivation and strong sales skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and delegate.
- Ability to prioritize customer service and resolve complex customer and employee issues in a timely manner.
- Professional presentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Passion for the automotive industry.
