About The Position
Atlantic Coast Enterprises is hiring a full-time Store Manager at a Jiffy Lube location in Tampa, Florida. The Store Manager oversees day-to-day business operations while working to keep customers and employees satisfied and deliver fast, friendly, clean, and professional service. The role leads by example, builds an enjoyable workplace, hires and trains team members, and supports employees through constructive feedback, accountability, coaching, opportunities, and resources. The manager also uses established tools to promote guest satisfaction and profitability, contributes to business growth through sales and customer service, and plans and tracks budget forecasting models.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Relevant sales and customer service experience.
- Excellent sales, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and delegate.
- Ability to prioritize customer service and resolve complex customer and employee issues in a timely manner.
- Professional presentation, organization, and attention to detail.
- Passion for the automotive industry.
