About The Position

Mattress Warehouse is seeking a Store Sales Manager to help customers find sleep solutions while leading and developing a store team. The manager engages customers, uses the bedMATCH® diagnostic sleep system to make data-driven recommendations, and sells mattress and related products. The role also includes training associates, managing store operations and inventory, monitoring sales, and maintaining the showroom to company standards.

Requirements

• Previous retail, customer service, or commissioned sales experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and maintain a neat, organized showroom.
• Motivated, goal-driven mindset and passion for helping others succeed.

• Bilingual fluency in spoken and written English and Spanish, or other languages.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to identify their sleep needs.
• Use bedMATCH® technology to provide data-driven recommendations.
• Recommend, demonstrate, and sell products from top-name brands.
• Educate customers on financing, warranties, and delivery options.
• Train, mentor, and develop associates to achieve sales goals and deliver excellent customer service.
• Manage daily store operations, inventory, and sales reporting.
• Maintain the showroom and ensure displays meet company standards.
• Lead by example and foster a high-energy, results-driven sales environment.
