About The Position

Sally Beauty is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team-oriented retail store and deliver excellent customer experiences. The manager oversees talent, inspires and develops associates, and helps customers find solutions for their hair and beauty needs. The role is responsible for meeting or exceeding sales goals through effective store operations, budget management, expense control, sales growth, and inventory management. The Store Manager also ensures staff follow safety, security, and company policies to protect customers, associates, and store assets, and maintains the appearance of the store.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service or retail sales experience.
• At least 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Passion for hair and beauty.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• The position requires prolonged standing and walking, recurring bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities, and recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes.
• The position involves working around moving parts, carts, or machines, and may occasionally include exposure to irritant chemicals, fumes, and odors.
