About The Position

Russell Cellular is hiring a Store Manager to lead a retail team, drive sales, and create strong customer experiences. The manager leads from the front by serving customers, coaching and developing Wireless Specialists, and meeting both personal and store sales goals. The role also oversees staffing and daily store operations, including scheduling, inventory, and cash handling. The manager resolves escalated customer concerns and maintains a clean, organized, professional store environment.

Compensation includes a base rate of $15.00 per hour plus uncapped commission. Average earnings are stated as up to $23.00 per hour, with the opportunity for high performers to earn more through commissions. Eligible employees may have access to the listed benefits. Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Wireless Specialists to exceed sales and service expectations.
• Drive store performance through hands-on leadership, coaching, and accountability.
• Meet personal sales goals while helping the team achieve store objectives; remain an active seller and customer-facing leader.
• Recruit, interview, hire, train, and onboard new team members.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and daily store operations.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment.
