Sales - Store Manager
About The Position
Russell Cellular is hiring a Store Manager to lead a team of Wireless Specialists and drive store and individual sales performance. The Store Manager is an active seller and customer-facing leader who coaches and develops employees, supports customers, and helps achieve sales and service goals. The role also involves recruiting and onboarding staff and managing scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and daily store operations. Russell Cellular is a Verizon Authorized Retailer with locations across the country. The company describes opportunities for employees to grow personally and professionally. Compensation includes a base rate of $17.16 per hour plus uncapped commission; average earnings are stated as up to $23.16 per hour, with higher earnings possible through commission.
Requirements
- Retail leadership, store management, or sales management experience.

- Track record of achieving sales goals and driving team performance.

- Flexible availability, including weekends as business needs require.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Wireless Specialists to exceed sales and service expectations.
- Drive store performance through hands-on leadership, coaching, and accountability.
- Meet personal sales goals while helping the team achieve store objectives; remain an active seller and customer-facing leader.
- Recruit, interview, hire, train, and onboard new team members.
- Manage scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and daily store operations.
- Resolve escalated customer concerns and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment.
