About The Position
Russell Cellular is hiring a Store Manager to lead a retail wireless team, serve customers, and achieve store and individual sales goals. The role is an active, customer-facing leadership position responsible for developing employees, driving sales and service performance, and managing daily store operations. Compensation is a $17.00 per hour base rate plus uncapped commission; average earnings are stated as up to $23.00 per hour, with the potential to earn more through commissions. Russell Cellular is a Verizon Authorized Retailer with hundreds of locations across the country. Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop Wireless Specialists to exceed sales and service expectations.
- Drive store performance through hands-on leadership, coaching, and accountability.
- Meet personal sales goals while helping the team achieve store objectives; remain an active seller and customer-facing leader.
- Recruit, interview, hire, train, and onboard team members.
- Manage scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and daily store operations.
- Resolve escalated customer concerns and provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment.
