About The Position

The Store Director is accountable for all aspects of retail store performance, including driving a profitable business, building customer loyalty through genuine connections, and ensuring efficient operations. The role leads the store team, recruits and develops talent, and fosters an inclusive environment in which associates share a vision for business results and a sense of belonging. The Store Director partners with the District Manager and management team and provides feedback to business partners on product assortment and visual merchandising.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of full-time retail management experience.
• Passionately support the brand, customers, and teams.
• Stay current with fashion trends and industry developments.
• Demonstrate teamwork, flexibility, and courtesy while carrying out tasks.
• Demonstrate innovation, champion new ideas, navigate uncertainty, and use strong problem-solving skills.
• Have scheduling flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Bend, reach, and stretch for products, and lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds (18 kilograms).

• Partner with the District Manager and management team to foster a collaborative environment for associates.
• Keep the team on track to exceed goals and deliver best-in-class customer service.
• Provide feedback to the District Manager and relevant business partners to influence product assortment and in-store visual merchandising.
