About The Position

The El Super Store Director in Training is responsible for the complete operation of a designated grocery store. The role works with corporate management, department heads, associates, and vendors to drive sales and ensure high levels of customer service. The Store Director in Training serves as a role model for professionalism, ethical behavior, and effective decision-making, oversees the proper operation of all store departments, focuses on employees, resolves complex problems, and coordinates employee work to achieve satisfactory operating results in accordance with company procedures and policies.
