About The Position

The Store Director in Training is responsible for the complete operation of a designated grocery store and the proper operation of all its departments. The role works with corporate management, department heads, associates, and vendors to drive sales and ensure high levels of customer service. The Store Director in Training is expected to model professionalism, ethical behavior, and effective decision-making, focus on employees, resolve complex problems, and coordinate employees’ work to achieve satisfactory operating results in compliance with company procedures and policies.
