About The Position

The Store Director in Training is responsible for the complete operation of a designated store. The role works with corporate management, department heads, associates, and vendors to drive sales and ensure high levels of customer service. Essential functions include physical requirements such as lifting, standing, walking, and kneeling, as well as visual and auditory requirements.
