About The Position

Town Pump is seeking a motivated and outgoing Store Deli Attendant to prepare food according to the recipe manual while following food-safety and hygiene practices. The attendant also maintains clean and orderly food-preparation areas, equipment, and food supplies; stocks and maintains designated food-service areas; and performs clerk duties in smaller locations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to the recipe manual by cutting, measuring, weighing, portioning, peeling, baking, frying, and broasting.
• Follow recipes accurately and maintain proper food-safety and hygiene practices.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain work areas and equipment.
• Store and label food properly to prevent spoilage.
• Organize and put away food supplies and equipment in their proper places.
• Keep the hot dog roller, nacho and popcorn machines, condiment center, coffee area, and fountain dispenser areas clean, filled, and stocked.
• Perform all clerk duties in smaller locations, as described in the clerk job description.
