About The Position

Fabletics is hiring a Seasonal Store Associate for its Short Pump store in Richmond, Virginia. The associate helps deliver a high-quality retail shopping experience and connects customers’ online and in-store shopping journeys using technology. This seasonal position is expected to last 3–4 months, with the possibility of extension, and reports to the Store Manager. The role is onsite and requires a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to interact socially with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside the store.
Ability to work with large teams.
Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with retail inventory and point-of-sale systems.
Self-motivation and good communication skills.
Ability to multitask, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
Flexibility to work onsite, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to perform work involving constant movement, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours; occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and ladder climbing may also be required.
Ability to unpack boxes weighing 10–30 pounds.

Nice To Haves

At least one year of work experience in a retail environment is preferred.
Knowledge of or familiarity with active lifestyle activities such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, and nutrition.

Responsibilities

Represent Fabletics’ culture and values and help customers live their passion.
Engage customers and share product knowledge about fabrics, features, fit, and function.
Promote customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager.
Maintain store merchandising guidelines to make the store easy to shop and support customers’ purchase journeys.
Provide feedback to the Store Manager to help continuously improve the business.
Meet and exceed store objectives for performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality.
Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
Follow safety and security standards and identify and communicate potential issues.
Unpack inventory boxes as needed.
