About The Position

The Seasonal Store Associate supports and maintains the Vera Bradley customer experience by providing exceptional customer service, upholding store image standards, maximizing sales, and assisting with store operations. The associate engages guests through product awareness and team selling, treats employees and guests respectfully, and helps create a positive work environment. The role also supports visual merchandising, maintains clean and organized customer and stock-room areas, and processes sales transactions accurately using a POS system. The position requires a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, and involves the physical demands and fragrance exposure described in the posting.

Nice To Haves

• High school graduation preferred.
• Prior retail experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with a retail POS system is a plus.
