About The Position

Store Associates support daily Lidl store operations and provide a fast, customer-focused experience. This is a dynamic, team-based role that involves moving among checkout, stocking, bakery, produce, and promotional setups during a shift. Associates work to efficiency standards and follow established processes to keep store operations running smoothly.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn multiple roles quickly.
Effective, friendly, and professional communication skills.
Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift, carry, move, or slide products weighing up to and in excess of 45 lbs. and frequently reach above head height (10+ inches).

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, efficient customer service.
Transition among checkout, stocking, bakery, produce, and other store areas to meet operational needs.
Meet productivity goals and follow store processes, including pallet-to-shelf stocking.
Perform freshness checks in produce and chilled areas.
Set up and organize non-food promotional displays and weekly offers, including signage and pricing.
Maintain cleanliness across the sales floor, restrooms, warehouse, and parking lot.
Operate the register accurately and efficiently, including using produce price look-up codes.
Respond to customer inquiries, process returns, and resolve or escalate customer issues.
Follow inventory control measures to support inventory accuracy and reduce stock loss.
Follow safety procedures and operational guidelines.
Work with the team to complete daily tasks and support smooth operations for the next shift.
Perform other duties as assigned.
