About The Position

The Key Holder supports the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store. The role leads by example, coaching and mentoring the sales team to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service and meet sales and customer service targets. The Key Holder performs start- and end-of-day cash reconciliation and is responsible for opening and closing the store on a rotating basis. Requirements

Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.

Nice To Haves
