About The Position

Store Associates support all areas of daily Lidl store operations in a fast-paced, structured, team-based environment. The role includes customer service, checkout, stocking, bakery and produce tasks, freshness checks, promotional displays, cleaning, inventory control, and maintaining a safe store. Associates work across different areas according to store needs and collaborate with the team to complete daily tasks and support smooth operations between shifts.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn multiple roles quickly.
Effective, friendly, and professional communication skills.
Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift, carry, move, or slide products up to and in excess of 45 lbs. and frequently reach above head height (10+ inches).

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, efficient customer service.
Move between checkout, stocking, bakery, and produce tasks to meet store needs.
Meet productivity goals and follow Lidl processes, including pallet-to-shelf stocking.
Conduct daily freshness checks in produce and chilled areas.
Set up and organize non-food promotional displays and weekly offers, including presentation, signage, and pricing.
Maintain cleanliness in the sales floor, restrooms, warehouse, and parking lot.
Operate the register quickly and accurately, including memorizing produce price lookup codes (PLUs).
Handle customer inquiries and returns, and resolve or escalate customer issues professionally.
Follow inventory control measures to support inventory accuracy and reduce stock loss.
Follow safety procedures and operational guidelines to maintain a safe environment.
Work with the team to complete daily tasks on time and support smooth store operations for the next shift.
Perform other duties as assigned.
