About The Position

Store Associates support all aspects of daily Lidl store operations, including checkout, stocking, bakery, produce, and promotional setups. This is a dynamic, team-based role in a structured, fast-paced environment where employees follow efficiency standards and operational processes. Associates serve customers, maintain store presentation and cleanliness, help manage inventory, and work with teammates to complete daily tasks and ensure smooth operations between shifts.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn multiple roles quickly.
Effective, friendly, and professional communication skills.
Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift, carry, move, or slide products up to and in excess of 45 lbs. and frequently reach above head height (10+ inches).

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, efficient customer service.
Transition among checkout, stocking, bakery, and produce tasks according to store needs.
Meet productivity goals and follow Lidl processes, including pallet-to-shelf stocking.
Conduct freshness checks in produce and chilled areas and maintain quality and presentation standards.
Set up and organize non-food promotional displays and weekly offers, including accurate signage and pricing.
Maintain cleanliness across the sales floor, restrooms, warehouse, and parking lot.
Operate the register quickly and accurately, including memorizing produce price look-up codes (PLUs).
Handle customer inquiries and returns, and resolve or escalate customer issues professionally.
Follow inventory control measures to support accurate inventory and reduce stock loss.
Follow safety procedures and operational guidelines to help ensure a safe environment.
Work with the team to complete daily tasks on time and support smooth store operations for the next shift.
Perform other duties as assigned.
