About The Position

The Production Associate II operates machinery, assembles filtration products with precision, and performs quality checks to ensure product standards are met. The role calls for a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and commitment to producing high-quality products while maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient workspace. It is an on-site position in Timonium, Maryland, on the Manufacturing & Operations team, reporting to the Production Supervisor. The schedule is D shift: 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Thursday evening through Sunday morning, and every other Wednesday evening through Thursday morning. The role offers an hourly rate of $20.00 and is eligible for bonus or incentive pay.

Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience in a heavy or industrial manufacturing environment, or other relatable experience.
Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate manufacturing equipment and machinery.
Ability to assemble products according to detailed specifications, including weighing, measuring, and simple mathematical calculations.
Ability to work effectively with a team and follow safety protocols and company procedures.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience with machinery, noise, and repetitive tasks.
Computer proficiency.
Quality inspection experience.

Responsibilities
