About The Position

Store Associates support all aspects of daily store operations while delivering fast, customer-focused service. The role is dynamic and team-based, requiring associates to move among checkout, stocking, bakery, produce, and promotional setup duties according to store needs. Associates work to Lidl’s efficiency standards and operational processes, including pallet-to-shelf stocking, while maintaining quality, presentation, cleanliness, inventory control, and safety standards.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn multiple roles quickly.
Effective, friendly, and professional communication skills.
Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift, carry, move, or slide products weighing up to and in excess of 45 lbs.
Ability to reach above head height (10+ inches) frequently.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, efficient customer service.
Transition among checkout, stocking, bakery, produce, and other store duties to meet operational needs.
Meet productivity goals and follow Lidl processes, including pallet-to-shelf stocking.
Perform freshness checks in produce and chilled areas and uphold quality and presentation standards.
Set up and organize non-food promotional displays and weekly offers with accurate signage and pricing.
Maintain cleanliness across the sales floor, restrooms, warehouse, and parking lot.
Operate the register quickly and accurately, including memorizing produce price look-up codes (PLUs).
Handle customer inquiries and returns, and resolve or escalate customer issues professionally.
Follow inventory control measures to help maintain inventory accuracy and reduce stock loss.
Follow safety procedures and operational guidelines to help ensure a safe environment.
Collaborate with the team to complete daily tasks on time and support smooth operations for the next shift.
Perform other duties as assigned.
