About The Position

The Part-Time Field Service Technician diagnoses and repairs amusement and gaming equipment at customer locations. The role includes completing service calls independently, documenting work clearly, installing equipment locally and on occasional out-of-state trips, and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues. The technician also maintains the organization of tools, parts, and the service vehicle and represents the company professionally at customer locations.

Requirements

• Comfortable troubleshooting issues and working independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable, accountable, and professional.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation to use for routes.
• Comfortable using a multimeter (voltmeter) to test voltage and continuity and diagnose electrical issues.
• Ability to troubleshoot both electrical and mechanical problems in the field.
• Ability to lift and move 100+ lbs using equipment such as a dolly or pallet jack.
• Comfortable standing, bending, kneeling, and working on your feet throughout the day.

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years of hands-on mechanical or electrical experience (preferred).
