About The Position

The Storage Buy Specialist calls storage buy customers and manages the customer storage audit process. The role includes collecting information for storage buy orders, overseeing orders and audits for accurate order and inventory records, and entering customer orders in the point-of-sale system. The position works in a warehouse environment where employees may encounter moving vehicles and moderate-to-noisy conditions. Full-time and part-time positions are available.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail sales experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions, as determined by the company.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with all levels of store management and store associates.
• Strong computer skills and internet project coordination experience.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Obtain customer information needed to manage storage buy orders.
• Manage storage buy orders to ensure delivery within the 14-day window.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly storage buy audits according to the Storage Buy Audit SOP to ensure order and inventory accuracy.
• Deliver customer storage buy orders in the POS system.
• Act and work consistently with the company’s core values.
• Comply with company safety standard operating procedures for lifting practices.
• Answer the telephone according to established guidelines.
• Perform other related duties as directed by management.
