About The Position

This position calls storage buy customers and manages the customer storage audit process. The specialist obtains customer information needed to manage storage buy orders, monitors orders to ensure delivery within the 14-day window, conducts storage buy audits, and delivers customer storage buy orders in the POS. The position is available in full-time and part-time formats.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail sales experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with all levels of store management and store associates.
• Strong computer skills and internet project coordination experience.
• Ability to work independently as a self-starter in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to exert 30–60 pounds of force occasionally, 20–30 pounds frequently, and up to 20 pounds constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
• Ability to use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects; frequently stand, walk, reach, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

Responsibilities

• Obtain the required customer information needed to properly manage storage buy orders.
• Manage storage buy orders to ensure orders are delivered within the 14-day window.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly storage buy audits to ensure order and inventory accuracy, following the Storage Buy Audit SOP.
• Deliver customer storage buy orders in the POS.
• Act and work in a manner consistent with the company’s core values.
• Comply with the company’s safety standard operating procedures for lifting practices.
• Answer the telephone according to established guidelines.
• Perform other related duties as directed by management.
