About The Position

The Storage Buy Specialist calls storage buy customers and manages the customer storage audit process. The role includes obtaining customer information, managing orders to meet delivery timelines, conducting audits, and delivering orders in the point-of-sale system. The position is available as either full-time or part-time. The employee works in a warehouse environment and may be exposed to moving vehicles and moderate-to-noisy conditions.

Requirements

• At least one year of retail sales experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels of store management and store associates.
• Strong computer skills and internet project coordination experience.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Obtain the customer information required to manage storage buy orders.
• Manage storage buy orders to ensure delivery within the 14-day window.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly storage buy audits to ensure order and inventory accuracy, following the Storage Buy Audit SOP.
• Deliver customer storage buy orders in the POS system.
• Act and work consistently with the company’s core values.
• Comply with company safety standard operating procedures for lifting practices.
• Answer the telephone according to established guidelines.
• Perform other related duties as directed by management.
