About The Position
As a Stockroom Supervisor, you will partner with the leadership team to help ensure the store is prepared to deliver a strong customer experience. You will receive deliveries, organize stock, and identify opportunities for the store operations and allocation teams. The role calls for attention to detail, technology skills, and strong time-management and organizational abilities. This position is for a new store opening at SouthPark Mall in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and logistics skills.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Team-oriented.
- Able to lift, bend, and carry at least 50 pounds.
- Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Manage supplies to prevent overages and maintain budgets, and oversee inventory management and accuracy using RFID and stock management systems.
- Handle merchandise, including carrying out shipment receiving and processing procedures to floor-ready standards and maintaining customer goods.
- Provide on-the-job training and supervise the daily activities of the Sales Support Team, where applicable.
- Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and efficient stockroom, working with store management to determine an efficient stockroom layout.
- Follow store and company policies and procedures and meet expectations defined on the Store Process Dashboard.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
