About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Stockroom Supervisor to lead and direct a fast-paced Production Stockroom team. This management position is accountable for the team’s performance and bottom-line results. The supervisor hires, motivates, trains, and directs employees performing entry-level warehouse stockroom work involving uniform garments; oversees the accuracy of orders placed and filled; manages emblem application and stripping, garment repairs, and overall location material-cost percentages. The role also includes hands-on performance of stockroom functions, which require standing, twisting, stretching, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to stand for 7 hours of an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to perform stockroom tasks involving standing, twisting, stretching, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.

Nice To Haves

• Experience using a sewing machine in an industrial environment.
• 1–3 years of production supervisory experience.
• Availability to start within two weeks after an offer is made and accepted.
