About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Stockroom Supervisor to lead and direct a fast-paced Production Stockroom team. This management position includes responsibility and accountability for bottom-line results. The supervisor hires, motivates, trains, and directs employees in entry-level stockroom positions and oversees uniform garment orders, emblem application and stripping, garment repairs, and location material cost percentages. The position also involves hands-on performance of stockroom functions, including standing, twisting, stretching, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to stand for 7 hours of an 8-hour shift.

Nice To Haves

• Experience using a sewing machine in an industrial environment.
• 1–3 years of production supervisory experience.
• Availability to start within two weeks after an offer is made and accepted.

Responsibilities

• Hire, motivate, train, and direct employees performing entry-level warehouse stockroom work.
• Manage the accuracy of orders placed and filled.
• Oversee the application and stripping of emblems.
• Oversee garment repairs.
• Manage overall location material cost percentages and be accountable for bottom-line results.
• Perform the physical requirements of stockroom functions.
