About The Position

As a Stock Supervisor at 5.11, you will oversee daily stockroom and warehouse activities to help ensure inventory is managed accurately and customer orders are fulfilled efficiently and on time. You will work closely with the Store Manager to support store operations and meet customer demand. The role also includes leading merchandise processing, replenishment, and sales-floor recovery to brand standards, while supporting restocking, merchandising, and a clean, organized environment. The position requires a background screening.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations and ensure online customer orders are processed accurately and on time.
• Oversee order picking, packing, labeling, and shipping.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing and receiving teams to maintain stock accuracy.
• Use warehouse management systems (WMS) to track orders, inventory, and performance metrics.
• Conduct quality control checks to support correct order fulfillment and reduce returns.
• Lead and delegate merchandise processing, replenishment, and sales-floor recovery to brand standards.
• Support daily operations, including restocking, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, organized environment.
