About The Position

As a Full Time Stock Supervisor at Carter’s, you will help create a welcoming experience for growing families while leading stockroom organization and merchandise flow. The role supports store results by ensuring merchandise reaches the sales floor accurately and on time, maintaining merchandising and presentation standards, and training team members in stockroom organization and replenishment. You will also assist customers, support consistent customer service and engagement, foster a positive environment, and help maintain asset protection and safety awareness.

Requirements

• Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, supervisory, and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and climb up and down a ladder.
• Availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled, including a minimum of two closing shifts per week.

Responsibilities

• Organize stockroom areas to ensure proper, accurate, and timely flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
• Use company processes and procedures to maintain merchandising and presentation standards, including reactionary merchandising.
• Partner with the management team to train employees on stockroom organization and replenishment.
• Maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor and assist customers with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Foster a positive environment for employees and customers.
• Recognize and reward exceptional performance and redirect employees when needed.
• Support the team in delivering consistent customer service by engaging talent, encouraging positive customer interactions, and driving engagement through loyalty and omnichannel programs.
• Support asset protection and safety awareness in the store and stockroom.
