About The Position

The Stock Clerk stocks, rotates, and stores general merchandise and/or food; ensures merchandise is fully stocked and clearly labeled; and maintains a neat, clean, and organized club. The role includes removing trash and cardboard, maintaining display signage and price tags, and handling damaged or spoiled goods according to company policies and procedures. Team members may be assigned to other departments as needed and are expected to provide a safe, positive, and welcoming experience for members while working collaboratively and following club policies and standards. Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.

• Ability to continuously lift objects up to 50 pounds; moving heavier or awkward objects over 50 pounds may be required with assistance.
• Ability to move continuously on hard surfaces and frequently bend, climb, crawl, handle, pull, reach, stoop, and position oneself to examine or scan merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Stock, rotate, and store general merchandise and/or food, ensuring items are fully stocked.
• Maintain product display signage and create labels or apply sales tags; ensure labels and price tags are clear and visible.
• Handle damaged goods and spoiled products in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Keep the club neat, clean, and organized, including removing trash and cardboard.
• Maintain club policies and procedures.
• Perform other assigned duties, including working in other departments as needed.
• Support a safe and positive environment for members and coworkers and deliver service excellence.
• Work with the team to meet daily club standards, including stocking items, executing promotional plans, maintaining accurate signage, and keeping the club clean and organized.
• Maintain regular, predictable, full attendance.
