About The Position

Stocks, rotates, and stores general merchandise and/or food in the club. Ensures merchandise is fully stocked, clearly labeled, and accurately signed. Maintains a neat, clean, and organized club by performing housekeeping duties and removing trash and cardboard. Follows club policies and procedures, supports a safe and positive environment for members and team members, and performs other assigned duties, including working in other departments as needed. Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
• Continuously lift objects up to 50 pounds; lifting and moving objects over 50 pounds may be required with assistance.
• Previous grocery or stock experience preferred.
• Big box or wholesale retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock, rotate, and store general merchandise and/or food.
• Ensure merchandise is fully stocked.
• Maintain display signage, create labels or apply sales tags, and ensure product labels and price tags are clear and visible.
• Handle damaged goods and spoiled products according to company policies and procedures.
• Keep the club neat, clean, and organized; perform housekeeping duties and remove trash and cardboard.
• Maintain club policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.
• Deliver service excellence, address member concerns, and help maintain a safe and positive environment.
• Work as a team to meet GOLD club standards, including keeping items stocked, executing promotional plans, maintaining accurate signage, and keeping the club clean and organized.
• Understand how to access and read department production and/or financial performance reporting.
