About The Position

Stocks, rotates, and stores general merchandise and/or food in the club, ensuring merchandise is fully stocked and clearly labeled. Maintains product display signage, labels, and price tags, and handles damaged or spoiled products according to company policies. Keeps the club neat, clean, and organized by performing housekeeping duties, including removing trash and cardboard. Follows club policies and procedures and may perform other duties or work in other departments as needed. Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.

Team members are expected to support club policies and compliance, act honestly and with integrity, promote a safe and inclusive environment, collaborate respectfully, maintain a friendly and positive attitude, and deliver service excellence to members. The role also supports daily GOLD club standards, including stocking items, executing promotional plans, maintaining accurate signage, and keeping the club clean and organized.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance.

Nice To Haves

• Previous grocery or stock experience preferred.
• Big box or wholesale retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock, rotate, and store general merchandise and/or food, ensuring merchandise is fully stocked.
• Maintain product display signage and create labels or apply merchandise sales tags; ensure labels and price tags are clear and visible.
• Handle damaged goods and spoiled products in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Keep the club neat, clean, and organized, including removing trash and cardboard.
• Maintain club policies and procedures.
• Perform other assigned duties, including working in other departments as needed.
• Support daily GOLD club standards, promotional execution, accurate signage, and a clean, organized club.
• Deliver service excellence and respond to or escalate member concerns appropriately.
• Maintain regular, predictable, full attendance.
