About The Position

Stocks, rotates, and stores general merchandise and/or food in the club. Ensures merchandise is fully stocked, clearly labeled, and supported by visible, accurate signage and pricing. Handles damaged goods and spoiled products according to company policies and procedures. Maintains a neat, clean, and organized club, including removing trash and cardboard. Follows club policies and procedures, works in other departments as needed, and performs other assigned duties. Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.

Team members are expected to support club policies, procedures, and compliance; work honestly, safely, respectfully, and collaboratively; maintain a friendly and positive attitude; and deliver service excellence to members. The role also supports daily GOLD club standards, including stocking items, executing promotional plans, maintaining accurate signage, and keeping the club clean and organized.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.
• Continuously lift objects up to 50 pounds; may need to lift and move heavy or awkward objects over 50 pounds with assistance.
• Frequently bend, climb, crawl, handle, pull, reach, and stoop while examining or scanning merchandise.

Nice To Haves

• Previous grocery or stock experience preferred.
• Big box or wholesale retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock, rotate, and store general merchandise and/or food; ensure merchandise is fully stocked.
• Maintain product display signage and create labels or apply sales tags; ensure labels and price tags are clear and visible.
• Handle damaged goods and spoiled products according to company policies and procedures.
• Keep the club neat, clean, and organized, including removing trash and cardboard.
• Maintain club policies and procedures and perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.
• Support safe, positive, and service-oriented experiences for members and team members.
• Work as a team to meet daily GOLD club standards, execute promotional plans, and maintain accurate signage.
• Maintain regular, predictable, full attendance.
